Ray, Your album, Deep Breakfast, was the first "New Age" album I ever bought (over a decade ago). It's still one of my favorite today. I absolutely LOVE your web site. It's very artistic and professional. I look forward to your latest album.

I can't remember if it was by chance or fate when I first heard one of your early pieces in the radio. I have fell in love with your music since then. You are one of the few new age musicians with a significant style! Your melodies are so pure and refreshing as if they were poured from heaven above. Have you ever thought of remixing some of the pieces for meditation?

Thank you for enhancing my life and keep up with the inspirational great work!

Ray Lynch's music, as I mailed elsewhere, is wings for my flight to God.
"Mesquite" and "The Vanished Gardens of Cordoba" bring me to tears of joy.

I also once lived in Maine, on the coast, before entering ministry. Your work is
ministry too. I think Ray Lynch is the finest composer at work today. I know classical music (I probably have the largest Beethoven collection in Eastern Kentucky) better
than what is called "New Age." However I look forward to hearing his symphonies!

With your interest in Spanish classical guitar, I wonder if you have explored any
Arabic nay music that some sufis loved, and if so what you might recommend.

Every album/CD is a winner. I've been more and more depressed with each passing month since the release of Nothing Above My Shoulders But The Evening, fearing that Ray's inspiration had run out. I hope his new Best Of is just the latest of more to come. Without question, Ray Lynch music is the cream of my CD crop. Ray's music is the most polished and intricate work I've ever listened to. A unique marriage of classical and new age sounds coupled with inspired melodies. Keep them coming!

Mr. Lynch,
Great to hear about your latest offering in the works. I stumbled across The Sky of Mind in '85 (vinyl). and have always eagerly awaited the next "Ray". Sometimes I feel the wait is too long, but I suppose that's the price we pay for true craftsmanship.

Always a pleasure listening to your music. Do you do any touring? If so, come to the mother country (Texas).

See you on the CD in Feb.

2) Why don't you tour?

3) Can you come out to our house for a day and allow us to meet you? We would be honoured! What a treat it would be to meet you and your wife.

After a long stressful day, or when trying to get ready for the same, it is always a pleasure to listen to my ' Nothing above my shoulders but the evening' album.

The solitude, peace of mind, and feeling of rejuvination leaves me wondering, just what else a person could ask for out of life, but to enjoy this heavenly music at that particular time. "Heavenly" because the attention to detail reverberates in every note, and is a testament to the artist's level of craftmanship.

Keep up the excellent work!

I´m a geography major and I´m living close to Frankfurt, Germany. During the academic year 95/96, I spend one year studying at Central Washington University in Ellensburg, Washington. The libary was my second home and my walkman the best friend while studying. I remember exactly this one Friday afternoon before finals week in December 95 when I studied and listened to Northwest Public Radio...I heard "Over Easy" from the "Nothing above.." album and I loved it... I wrote down the name of the song and the album, went to the record store on the same day, bought the CD and since then Ray Lynch´s music is my favorite... within 3 weeks I bought his other 3 albums... I like them all, but "Nothing above my shoulders.." will always be my first option when I need to relax and "find my peace". I´ll come back to the states in March 98 and my first money will be spent on the new "Best of" album.. I can´t wait. Thanks a lot for your music !!
